Conditions of Entry
Entry Fees : Sections 1 - 6 $15:00per painting $10:00 CPAS members
Entry fees are to be submitted with entry form.
Cheques or money orders made payable to Parramatta Art Society.
Entry fees are not refundable.
Commission : On sale, all sections 20%. No GST will be charged on commission.
All works are to be for sale.
Entries : Maximum of four (4) entries per section. Each to be an individual work.
Selection : All entries will be judged. The committee of CPAS will have the responsibility
to select works for hanging if there is insufficient space to hang all works.
Insurance : Exhibitors must arrange their own insurance. All care will be taken.
Size : External perimeter (outside of frame) is not to exceed 400cm. (156 inches)
Any component of a mixed media work must not extend more than 2.5cm
from the work surface.
Framing : Framing to aa acceptable professional standard, determined by the Society.
Must be presented for secure hanging, and fittings must not cause damage
to other works during storage.
Unacceptable : Wet paintings
Work Inappropriate medium for the section entered.
Computer generated Art.
Incorrect Size.
Inappropriate Framing and Hanging.
Section 6 : External perimeter (outside of frame) is not to exceed 100cm (39 inches).
