The Parramatta Art Society is the longest running art society in New South Wales, being formed in 1951 by the then Mayor of Parramatta, Eric Mobbs.
Society membership activities include:
An excellent reference and lending library of art books, videos and magazines.
Monthly newsletter, that includes information from the art community.
Art demonstrations held monthly.
Monthly meeting held last Monday of each month.
Workshops held at the societies studio.
Exhibitions, both open art awards and member only sales.
Art classes in a range of media and levels.( See tab above)
